Municipal Solid Waste Recycling What Is The Solid Waste Treatment Plant?

It is a facility designed to efficiently manage municipal solid waste. It employs various devices and sorting techniques to extract valuable resources from this waste stream. Following treatment, the municipal solid waste is categorized based on its raw materials, enabling further processing with specialized machinery to create valuable products. In essence, this plant not only reduces waste pollution and enhances the environment but also generates significant profits while stimulating the economy.

How Does The Garbage Treatment Plant Work?

Waste Arrival: Unload municipal solid waste onto a platform, then transfer to a scale feeder. Distribution: Ensure even waste distribution using a uniform machine for efficiency. Manual Sorting: Workers on a sorting platform remove large objects and hazardous waste, aided by a bag breaker. Screening: Transport manually sorted waste to a screening machine for categorization (above and below 50mm). Separation: An overhead magnetic separator removes iron objects, sending them for further processing. Material Sorting: Separate iron materials, then use a winnowing machine to categorize waste into three groups: light plastics, heavy materials, and secondary heavy materials.
